Marshall County High School announced yesterday that Dan Langhi had been selected to be the school's new girls basketball coach. Langhi replaces Martin Clapp who resigned a little over a month ago.
Langhi was one of the Marshals' star players in the 90's. He went on to play college ball at Vanderbilt and was the SEC's co-Player of the Year in 2000. For the last three years he had worked as an assistant coach for the Lady Marshals while his daughter Hannah played for the team. His daughter Hallie will be a freshman on this year's team.
