Racer Basketball Schedule Change

Murray State Athletics announced a change to the 2020-21 men's basketball schedule as a result of canceling the season opener with Brescia (Nov. 25) and scheduling a new game versus Kentucky Wesleyan (Nov. 27).

The Racers' 96th season of collegiate basketball will begin with a pair of games against Kentucky Wesleyan (Nov. 27 & 28) each with a 7 p.m. tip-off at the CFSB Center in Murray, Kentucky.

The games will mark just the third time in MSU men's basketball program history in which the season started with back-to-back games against the same team. The first occurrence was in 1926 when the Racers hosted Will-Mayfield in a pair of games at Wilson Hall. In 1943, the Racers played a home and home pair of games with Southeast Missouri State.
