MurraySports

Steve Duncan, stepped down as head football coach at Paducah Tilghman High School yesterday. Duncan had previously coached at Logan County and Murray High. He led Tilghman to a 5-7 record last year. In six years at Murray High his teams won 63 games while losing just 16.

Duncan told the Paducah Sun that he had suffered a mild stroke.

"I had a mild stroke if there is one," Duncan said. "I love PT and all my players. They are in great hands with my assistants and coordinators."

So far, no replacement has been named for Duncan.
