Five Questions with Steve Prohm 9/29/22
Question: What have you done to help them build relationships
with each other and grow as a team?
Steve Prohm: I've spent a lot of time with each of them
individually. And we've spent a lot of time together. And we've had a lot of
different team activities - bowling, trivia night, community service projects,
and watching games together. We played a game where everybody had to talk about
their history, their highlights, their hero, their heartbreak, and their honey.
We've got to continue to do more of it though.
